Eddie London Cooper, Jr.

Eddie London Cooper, Jr., age 85, of Pittsboro, died Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Laurels of Chatham.

Eddie was born in Chatham County on December 27, 1936, to the late Eddie London Cooper, Sr., and Irene Clark Cooper. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Tave Cooper.

Surviving relatives include, five daughters, Cindy Meacham and husband Gary of Chapel Hill, Debbie Denton and husband Alan of Apex, Terrie Cooper of Gastonia, Robin Delp and husband Steve of Myrtle Beach, SC, Faye Kenzel and husband Jerry of Carthage, one brother, Charles Cooper and wife Brenda of Pittsboro, one sister-in-law, Katie Cooper of Pittsboro, 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

A graveside service will be held, Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 2PM at Rock Springs Baptist Church with Pastor Wesley Thomas presiding.
