James Dean Collins

James Dean Collins, age 66, of Pittsboro, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 at home.

James was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on March 21, 1952 to the late Dr. Dean Collins and Margaret Casey Collins.

Surviving relatives include his wife Marianne Collins, two sons; Zachary Cook of Pittsboro and Alex Cook of Pittsboro; daughter Jenni Stafford and husband Ben of Apex, grandchildren Tipp and Finn Stafford, brother John Collins and wife Sucha of Leesburg, VA, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 11AM at Donaldson Funeral Home & Cremation Griffin Chapel with Rev. John Gibson presiding. The family will receive visitors immediately following the service at their house.
