Thomas Wayne Polster

Thomas "Tom" Wayne Polster, age 51 of Chapel Hill, died at UNC Hospital after a short illness.  He was born in Eau Claire, WI in August of 1971 to the late Dennis Polster and Priscilla (Mitchell) Polster.  Tom as been serving the community for years with his family owned business, Slate Accounting Group.  He is survived by his wife, Michelle Matthews Polster and his three children, Thomas Polster II, Jonathan Polster, and Madison P. Ayers. and his brother, Timothy Polster.  Tom was a very patriotic man and loved to show is pride for his country when given the chance.  He also enjoyed going fishing and hunting with family and friends. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Thursday March 16th, 2023, at the Christ United Methodist Church, 800 Market St., Chapel Hill, NC 27516.  Memorial tributes can be left at this site.  Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory is honored to serve the Polster family.
