Sherry Lee (Haraway) Harting

Sherry Harting, age 79, died on March 6th, 2025, at her home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She was born on July 14th, 1945, in Danville, Virginia, and was the daughter of Marvin Haraway and Evelyn Hamlet Haraway. She was a teacher in the Virginia Public School System.

Sherry is survived by her husband, Larry Harting, of Chapel Hill; her daughter, Tiffany Pryor (Todd), of Pittsboro; brother Harold Haraway (Yvonne) and her granddaughter, Tatum Pryor, of Chapel Hill.
