Sharon Ann (Knollhuff) Breitweiser

Sharon Ann Knollhuff Pickett Breitweiser, age 83, of Pittsboro, NC, died on March 5, 2023. She was born on January 16, 1940, in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late William "Albert" Knollhuff and Catherine Justus. She was predeceased by her parents, her husbands, Joe Pickett (Pocahontas, Arkansas in 1984) and Joseph Breitweiser (East Hanover, New Jersey in 2001), her brothers, Bob, Russell and Ronnie, sisters, Dot, Jane and Alice.  

Sharon is survived by her brother, Richard Knollhuff (Judy) of Payson, Arizona and her sister, Marlene Haughney (Pat) of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; her children, Dawn Walker (Stephen) of  Pittsboro, North Carolina; Laurie Ankrom (Eric) of Bar Harbor, Maine; and Joseph Pickett (Tracie) of Blackstock, South Carolina; her nine grandchildren, William, Cathleen, Leslie, Ashley, Evan, Ryan, Amanda, Jerrica and Brelaine; her eight great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Sharon loved working on her family tree project, visiting with her friends and family. making things (sewing, quilting, puzzles), playing card games and traveling.

Sharon will be inured alongside her beloved husband at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover, New Jersey at a later date.
