Robert "Robbie" Matthew Christensen

Robert "Robbie" Matthew Christensen, 35, lost his battle to cancer on April 10, 2025. He was born on September 19th, 1989 in Dallas, Texas. He grew up in Chapel Hill, NC and resided in Pittsboro, NC at the time of his death. He is survived by his young children, Phoenix and Luna, whom he loved very much, his mother Carol Hooft and husband Chris, his father Charles Christensen, his brother Cody and partner Sky, and his sisters Sarah, Jessie, and Charlie. Robbie is remembered for his sense of humor, mischievous grin, and lasting impact he had on so many of his friends with his big heart. He was always ready to help someone, which became evident in the vast outpouring of love shown by his friends that came together in his final days. He will be incredibly missed. A celebration of life will be held for those who loved him to commemorate his wonderful soul, that the family will announce at a later date.
