Radhakrishnamurthy Bhandaru

Dr. Radhakrishnamurthy Bhandaru, PhD., 96, of Cary, North Carolina, passed away on March 18th, 2025.

Dr. Bhandaru is survived by his beloved wife, Sulochana Bhandaru; his son, Rao Bhandaru (Krupa) of Apex; his daughter, Uma Kalagnanam of Cary; his daughter, Hema Bhandaru of Cary, his son, Sinu (Nicki) of Apex, and his six grandchildren Anjali, Kishore, Ashok, Nisha, Ganesh, Kavita, and his great-granddaughter, Maya.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Donaldson Funeral Home in Pittsboro, NC (https://www.donaldsonfunerals.com). The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm before the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Dr. Bhandaru’s name at Sri Venkateswara Temple of North Carolina.
