Peggy Dougharty, 82 of Sanford, died on February 20, 2023. She was born in June of 1940 in Porter TX and was the daughter of the late William G. Hollis and Alice O. Sherouse. She is survived by her three children: Andrew Dougharty, Anna Newman and Barbara Friedman, and her 5 Grandchildren. The family will have a private inurnment service at Memorial Park Cemetery in Jasper, TX at a later date.
