Patricia Ann Mann Glosson, age 85, of Pittsboro, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, May 5th, after a long illness.
Pat, as she was lovingly known, made her home at 9680 Hwy 87 North in Pittsboro. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was centered around her family and her faith.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Glosson; her two children, Carla Hardin Copeland, and Charles Gregory Hardin; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her great joy and pride. She is also survived by her brother, Bobby Mann.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Annie Mae Edwards Mann, and John Julian Mann, as well as her brother, Johnny Mann.
Pat loved her family deeply and cherished every moment spent with them. She loved the Lord and lived a life rooted in faith, service, and devotion. She faithfully served her church and her community, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew her.
She will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, and the love she shared so freely. Her legacy of faith and family will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
The family will receive friends during a visitation at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 11th, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM at Donaldson Funeral Home in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
