Kay Branch Obituary
Kay Hayes Branch of Apex, born October 17, 1942, age 83, went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 9, 2025.
She is survived by her sons, Teddy Branch of Apex and Tracy Branch (Terri) of Pittsboro; Grandchild Taylor Branch Scott (Alex) and great grandchildren Sadie and Warren Scott of Siler City.
She was preceded in death by her parents Gurthan and Elizabeth Hayes, sister Hazel Hatley, and brother Nelson Hayes.
Kay worked for the State for a brief time, then for Almay.
Most will remember her for managing LakeMart at Jordan Lake for many years, then part time at Builders First Source before retiring.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
