Joseph Geoghegan Obituary

Joseph Edward Geoghegan, age 87, of Pittsboro, died Friday, January 10, 2020.

Joseph was born in Bronx County, New York on August 2, 1932 to the late Roderick Geoghegan and Florence Post Geoghegan. He was also preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Geoghegan, brother Roderick J. Geoghegan, and sister Cecilia Geoghegan.

Surviving relatives include 12 nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 24, 2020 at 12PM at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorial contributions to be made in Joseph’s memory to DAV – Disabled American Veterans P.O. Box 14301
