Janet Hope Cannada Ryan

Janet Hope Cannada Ryan, age 74, of Chapel Hill, died Sunday, June 18, 2023, at the SECU Jim & Betsy Bryan UNC Hospice House.

Janet was born in Orange County, NC on November 19, 1948, to the late Garnett T. Cannada and Lou Clark Cannada.

Surviving relatives include her husband, Howard (Kenny) Ryan, one son, Kenneth Mark Ryan of Arizona, one sister, Polly Newlin of Chapel Hill, and one sister-in-law Mary Stephens of Virginia.

The Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 23, 2023, at 11AM at Carrboro UMC with Rev. Gina Barrow presiding. Burial will follow at Manns Chapel Church cemetery.
