Dr. Warwick Antony Charlton

Dr. Warwick Antony Charlton, age 65, of Chapel Hill, died Thursday, June 8, 2023, at the SECU Jim & Betsy Bryan UNC Hospice House.

Dr. Charlton was born in South Africa on January 20, 1958, to Oliver Patrick Charlton and Judith Irvin Charlton.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his wife Morag Charlton, two daughters, Bronwyn Charlton and husband Brian of Chapel Hill, Anna Charlton and husband Haze of Pittsboro, one brother, Peter Charlton and wife Jana of Atlanta, Georgia, one sister Philippa Charlton of Raleigh, and four grandchildren, Imogen, Oskar, Lynx, and Evonne.   

There are no services planned at this time.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Dr. Charlton’s memory to Triangle Land Conservancy P.O. Box 1848 Durham, NC 27707.
