Verble Ardinia (Williams) Dollar

Verble Ardinia Williams Roberts Dollar, age 93, of Chapel Hill, died Friday, January 12, 2018 at Duke Hospital.

Verble was born in Pitt County, NC on April 23, 1924 to the late William Isaac Williams and Sadie Vainwright Williams. She is also preceded in death by her first husband H. Donald Roberts and second husband Clayton Dollar.

Verble is survived by her son Douglas Roberts of Chapel Hill, daughter Brenda Roberts of Richmond, VA; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 2PM at Lystra Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Tim Williford presiding. The family will receive friends following the Graveside Service in the fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Lystra Baptist Church WMU 686 Lystra Church Road Chapel Hill, NC 27516.
