Dorothy Ann was always an individual with quality and character and in every Christian way she enriched the lives of others. We were high school classmates and I remember her with respect and pleasure.
By assuming duties and responsibilities, by leading and encouraging, she was an outstanding Christian lady.
With kindest regards to her family, William R. “Bobby” Smith, Statesboro High School Class of 1945

I taught with Dot for 15 years at Pate School in Darlington. A wonderful teacher, she was attuned to each child's circumstances and supported him/her in a manner to bring out the best in that child. She shared her missionary endeavors with her students, teaching them much more than the words on a page in a book. I will cherish our time together and her sweet little giggle. Remembering her family in prayer.

So sorry to hear of your loss. May the scripture at John 5:28,29 bring hope and comfort.
