Benny Creech Obituary

Benny Gray Creech, age 78, died Saturday, March 24th 2018 at UNC Healthcare’s SECU Jim & Betsy Bryan Hospice Home in Pittsboro NC, due to respiratory failure.

He was born on January 4th, 1940 to the late William Randolph and Annabelle Aswell Creech in Greene County, NC. He is preceded in death by his wife Donna Hunsucker Creech.

He is survived by his five siblings, Jean, Warren, Edward, Kay and Jimmy; two sons, Jason and Adam; and four grand-children, Chloe, Camilla, Jude and Lola.

He retired from the State Employees' Credit Union and enjoyed spending time with friends and family, reading library books, having coffee with friends, tackling the hardest of Sudukos and playing golf.

He will be remembered as a kind, selfless and patient man and will be missed greatly by those he knew.

There will be a private family celebration of his life.
